This is without a doubt one of the worst acting performances in the history of cinema.  Arnold sounds like a 9-year-old trying to read from a script the entire time.  Not only that, the man clearly just stepped off the boat.

However, his English improved, his acting got a little better, and now the dude is a Governor.  Only in America.
