Sports Sunday: Adrian Peterson High School and Freshman Year Highlights
I think I’m going to have to start a new segment on High School tapes of professional athletes. And why not start with Adrian Peterson?
Think about when you were in high school and you knew of a player who was pretty much better than everyone else. Imagine that but literally 1000 times better than that.
That’s what it’s like to watch a featured back in the NFL in his high school tapes. It’s almost embarrassing how much faster he is than these guys. And you know what? It’s not their fault. They’re NORMAL high school players.
Peterson can’t help that he was literally NFL ready in high school. This video is absurd.

I saw him play his senior year at Palestine High and this kid was sick. He ran over, around and by guys, no one could touch him. People in the town said he has been that good since Pop Warner and he coach had no doubt he would be in the pros.
