If you’re into optical illusions then this picture gallery is most certainly for you. Meet the Picasso of Pavement: Julian Beever is an English artist who’s famous for his anamorphic art on the pavements of England, France, Germany, USA, Australia and Belgium.
For those of you unfamiliar with Anamorphic art it is defined as drawings and paintings which appear distorted and almost unrecognizable to the unaided eye. When an anamorphic picture is viewed from a special angle or viewed using an aid, the picture becomes recognizable to the viewer.
In other words, these images are almost like optical illusions which trick the eye into thinking something is one way, when it is in fact another.
These chalk pieces are truly extraordinary.

Its not just the fact that it is incredible work. The illusions are magical. Look at the time invested, and the manipulation of the viewers perspective. To me the magic is in the medium. Chalk? On pavement?..That my friends is true talent. Bravo!
