I don’t know about you guys but if you read this article on sleep, something tells me the pictures I’ve found wouldn’t really apply too well.Â Bottom line is that most doctors recommend that you lie in a “coffin” position and use some kind of a cervical roll or pillow for sleep.
I mean when you really think about it, almost a third of our lives are spent sleeping.Â I would imagine that most of us ignore the importance of proper sleep.Â And I’d have to say, sometimes people not only ignore it, they take it to extremes.
Here are some people that would certainly compete in the “extreme sleeping” Olympics if it existed.
