In the Grifters (1990) the Piv had a small role of as one of a group sailors on a train that get taken by Cusack.

The dude was very bald in 1990 !!!!
Perhaps, it was all method acting looking like a complete bald tool in Navy whites. His part was so small that couldn’t give up some carpet for his chromedome.
