Miley Cyrus celebrated her Sweet 16 party at Disneyland on Sunday (six weeks early). And she managed to piss off the entire city of Anaheim because of the late fireworks display.

6 weeks early.  That would be the clincher for me.  I mean a day, a week, that’s fine. But 6 weeks?  I know I’d be thinking “she’s got some nerve renting out an entire amusement part without inviting me.”
