I agree though, Princess Bride is one we quote more than most of these. Particularly:

“Have fun storming the castle!”

Totally right on with Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and Fast Times at Ridgemont High, though.

The Blues Brothers was another awesome quote comedy. One of my favorites:

I could forgive you for not including Ghostbusters here (”I collect spores, molds, and fungi” “It’s technical” “The next time somebody asks if you’re a god, YOU SAY YES!”), but the snub of The Blues Brothers is absolutely unforgivable. Possibly the most quotable movie ever, and certainly of the ’80s.

“It’s 160 miles to Chicago….”
“This is glue, strong stuff.”
“Boys, you got to learn not to talk to nuns that way.”
