You’re 19 years old. You’re sitting in your dorm room with the fellas and you don’t have much to do. You get a call and it’s your grandfather coming up for the weekend. Most people might be a little annoyed that they’d have to spend time with old people.

But what if it were a celebrity? Which old guy would get you the most juiced? Which guy would your buddies say “dude, that guy’s your grandfather? amazing” I’ve selected my top three choices for celebrities (who are still alive) that I’d want to be my grandfather if I were still in college.

Robert Redford/Paul Newman

Can these two count as one guy? I just couldn’t think of one without the other. These guys are just total badasses. Can you imagine the stories these guys must have.

Jack Nicholson

Nicholson is about as cool as they come. He’ll never be married. He’ll always get laid and he’ll be at courtside for the Lakers until he’s 100. Something tells me that in real life he’s very similar to his character in The Departed. Imagine how much college as he’d get you if he was in town.

Hugh Hefner

The most obvious and certainly the best choice available. It doesn’t get better than Hef.
