Great Workout Songs: “Hearts on Fire,” John Cafferty (Rocky IV)
Given my love of music and not just embarrassing but great songs, or even the ones that pump you up on the way to work, I decided to add yet another mix of tunes into the bag.
It’s my full belief that certain music when played at the right moment can easily add 650 pounds to your bench press.
My first choice? “Hearts on Fire” by John Cafferty. I assume every male reading this has seen Rocky IV and I assume every one of us absolutely loves this song.
P.S. The Rocky IV soundtrack was the warm up music at visiting team’s Plainview JFK gym when I played basketball in high school: incredible.
