Uncoached Tattoos: Whatever Happened to Atreyu from Neverending Story?
As you guys get to know me you’ll begin to understand that I’m a huge movie fan. I love nothing more than to quote movies and more importantly recognize those obscure and wonderful actors that made movies so great. But sometimes these people fall out of existence.
I’m here to scoop them back up and remind you how great they were. Noah Hathaway is our man of the hour. At the age of 13, Noah played Atreyu in Neverending Story. Atreyu, in my eyes could quite possibly be one of the most badass movie heroes in history. I actually think he might be top 5. The guy was THIRTEEN people! He was killing buffalo and fighting giant wolves before he could jerk off! What a stud.

Perhaps a role like that kills a man. Never able to recover we last saw Noah in 2003 at some nerd convention, covered in Tattoos, married and getting ready to open up a Chopper shop.
As much as I can make fun of him I wouldn’t mess with the guy. He holds black belts in Tang Soo Do and Shotokan, and is currently learning American Kenpo. Here’s some more on him. Is it me or did it look like he had the makings of becoming a really hot female? Long hair, pretty face back in 1984. He should have been a she. Anyway, we salute you buddy. Tell Artex we say hi.

How could you not mention that Noah Hathaway’s first big moment was as Boxey on the original “Battlestar Galactica” some five years before “Neverending Story”?
